Our Philosophy

At Rooted+Vitality Health Collaborative we believe community is at the center of sustainable wellness. We strive to build mind/body health by seeking wisdom from our ancestral roots. Our ancestors thrived through the shared support of their fellow community members. In our modern world many have lost their sense of connection to others, their ancestral wisdom, and to nature. Our goal is to help guide you to your roots in the pursuit of creating meaning and purpose.
